Rule 1
If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so 24 hours before appointment. Any appointments cancelled after this will incur a fee equal to appointment cost.
Rule 2
Payment: Telehealth Payments are due the day before the appointment by 1159p in full; In office appointment payments are due time of the appointment in full; cash only. (Telehealth Payment options: Cash App- $familycenteroftt or through PayPal at mrsmelissacpowell@gmail.com); if payment is not made in full by deadline, you will incur a fee equal to appointment cost.
Rule 3
You must be on time. If it is an evaluation appointment, you have a five minute window; for a regular appointment, you have a 10 min window. If later than the allotted allowable time, it will count as a missed appointment and you will incur a fee equal to appointment cost.
